Returns Policy

RETURNS:
Each Twin Z Pillow® is a brand new, single owner baby product. We are therefore unable to accept product returns except to exchange damaged goods. Please contact us for an RA number within 3 business days in this case.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

48 CONTIGUOUS US STATES

Shipping time :
US Customers delivery is approx 5-12 business days.

We also offer Fedex ground which is approx. 2-5 business days

We do not offer overnight or 2-3 day service at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS US STATES WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!!!

International customers are responsible for ALL taxes, fees & duties upon arrival of your package. Refunds will NOT be given, for returned pillows. Please be aware of these fees. We ship via US Post Office to keep costs and fees low. Approx 10-21 business days.
